Q. What are the shipping / delivery times .

A. We ship Monday to Friday ( Not at weekends or public holidays) order placed after 16.00 hrs are classed as being received the following day. (98% of ALL orders are shipped on the day we receive them)
Delivery times UK items are sent 1st Class Packet Post - delivery 1-4 working days
Delivery time exports Europe all items sent air mail delivery is between 3-7 working days
Delivery time USA and Asia - rest of the World- all items sent air mail delivery is between 7-10 working days
Tracking - orders where £1.50, £2.40 or £3.50 postage is paid sent as air mail packet only without tracking (You may select and buy Tracking and Insurance on the site for low value orders) orders where £6.95 or £10 postage is paid sent air mail with Tracking (Tracking details are available after you receive you shipping confirmation email)

Q. What are the standard height and distances for fixing a dart board –
A. STEEL TIP Darts Board – The Height from the floor to the centre of the bullseye is 5’ 8” or 1.73 meters , the distance level with the front edge of the dart board (NOT the wall it is on) to the oche is 7’ 9 ¼ ” or 2.37 meters and to ensure all is correct the distance from the bullseye to the oche is 9’ 7 ½ ” or 2.93 meters.
B. SOFT TIP Dart Boards - The Height from the floor to the centre of the bullseye is 5’ 8” or 1.73 meters , the distance level with the front edge of the dart board (NOT the wall it is on) to the oche is 8’ or 2.44 meters and to ensure all is correct the distance from the bullseye to the oche is 9’ 9 ¼” or 2.99 meters.
Q. When a Dart is advertised as say 24 grams what is included in the advertised weight.
A. STEEL POINT DARTS – The industry standard is that the weight advertised, either as barrels only or as a complete set, is the weight of the dart barrel with point fitted only, and does not include the weight of the flight and stem.
B. SOFT TIP DARTS – When advertised as barrels only the weight stated is for the weight of that barrel with nothing else attached i.e. 15 ½ grams, in the alternative when advertised as a complete set then the advertised weight is the weight when it is made ready to play with flight, stem and tip i.e.18 grams
