Delivery

Our delivery charges are simple:

For UK mainland delivery, all orders are charged £1 (including VAT, £0.85 excluding VAT) Sent 1st Class Packet Post

For countries in the EU, all orders are charged £5.25 (excluding VAT). Sent Air Mail

All other countries are charged £10 (excluding VAT).Sent Air mail

IMPORTANT- The Cost of Postage for retail export orders is for a maximum of 2 kilos in weight (the maximum weight per packet we are allowed to send by Royal Mail). Should the weight of the Air Packet exceed 2 kilos we reserve the right to reduce the order to 2 kilos and refund for the excluded goods. ( 2 kilos is very approximatly £170 to £200 worth of goods)

For orders outside the UK and EEC, customers need to be aware that they will need to pay, if appropriate, any customs duties/import tax.

ITEMS SENT TO UK ADDRESSES DELIVERY IS 1-4 WORKING DAYS ( EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS)

OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS DELIVERY IS 5-7 WORKING DAYS (EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS)

PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS POSTED OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD MID DECEMBER TO EARLY JANUARY CAN BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUMES OF MAIL AND THE NUMBER OF PUBLIC HOLIDAYS INVOLVED.

VAT is calculated on checkout.

VERY IMPORTANT

When you proceed to payments check out the the VAT is shown separately ie Goods with an advertised value of £12 will be displayed as Goods £10  and Vat £2 . Some clients have thought that this was an addition charge IT IS NOT. It is done this way so that the sales tax VAT can be easily removed from clients invoices when we ship to countries where VAT is not payable ( any county outside the EEC).

 

 

VERY IMPORTANT - on the day we ship your order  ,we will, if the order is complete, send a shipping confirmation email to you. If there is an item to follow/ out of stock we will update your order as we ship marking all the items sent in that packet. You can see all the details of this on your PureDarts account order history. These updates take place at about 18.30 Hrs GMT.

 

Returns

Any items found to be faulty will, having been returned to us,  be replaced or refunded, please contact Pure Darts as soon as possible with details of the fault ( we will regard the email as information only to assertain if there is a wide spread issue with a particular item) and return the product without delay.Please do not wait for a reply from us as we cannot comment on the fault until the goods are back in our hands and available for us to inspect.

We would expect that any faulty goods are returned to us within 10 days of purchase/receipt.

If items are not damaged or faulty, goods returned for refund or exchange must be received at our address within 10 days of purchase and must be in a new and unused condition which will include all the original manufacturers packaging intact/undamaged and be accompanied by the payment receipt.

When returing goods for whatever reason you must qoute the order number and date of purchase in the covering letter sent with the goods

We strongly suggest that you make any returns to Pure Darts by recorded/special delivery as we regret we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.

Important we make a fixed £2 handling/restocking charge for each item that is returned to us for exchange or refund (and is not faulty). Any refund will be made to the credit card from which the goods were purchased.
